Application

The Cerabar PMP55 digital pressure transmitter, equipped with a metal diaphragm seal, is designed for use in both process and hygienic applications, providing reliable measurement of pressure, level, volume, or mass in liquids. It is well-suited for high-pressure environments and applications involving extreme process temperatures ranging from -70°C to +400°C (-94°F to +752°F). The device offers a Quick Setup feature with an adjustable measuring range, facilitating easy commissioning, cost reduction, and time savings. It is SIL2 certified according to IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 standards.

The transmitter is available in a single-chamber housing made of either aluminum or stainless steel (316L).
