Autonics Multi Function Analog Timer - AT8N-1

6-Mode, Multi-Range, 8-pin plug, 12 VDC

 

Autonics AT8N timer is an 8-pin socket type timer with an analog type dial for easy adjustments.

The AT8N-1 has a variety of selectable timer modes, functions, and ranges, which makes this product a convenient universal timer application choice.

This analog timer provides:

  • 0.05 sec to 100 hour Control time setting rang
  • Power ON Start
  • Relay Control output
  • Time limit DPDT (2c), Time limit SPDT (1c) + Instantaneous SPDT (1c) Contact type
  • Multi time range (16 types of time range)

Output Operation

The operating mode determines the output method that is used when the set time has reached. The AT8N-1 has POWER ON DELAY, FLICKER, INTERVAL output operating modes available.

Time operation

Time operation of AT8N-1 is "POWER ON START" type. That means the time clocking starts when voltage is applied to the timer power supply section. This kind of timers are most often used for automated machines.

Setting range

The AT8N-1 has 14 types of time ranges, from 0.05 … 0.5 sec to 10 … 100 hour.

The terminal of this product is an 8-pin plug.

Control output

The AT8N-1 has "relay" control output. it has 2 contacts which are Time-limit SPDT (1c): 2 or Instantaneous SPDT (1c): 1 + Time-limit SPDT (1c): 1 depending on output operation mode depending on output operation mode.

Different types of errors are specified for AT8N-1 timer:

  • Repeat: ≤ ± 0.2% ± 10 m
  • SET: ≤ ± 5% ± 50 ms

There are limitations in temperature and humidity in which AT8N-1 timer is used:
