I/O Server Modules
I/O module - a mediator between the processor and the input/output device
An I/O Module, which means Input/Output Modules, acts as a mediator between the processor and the input/output devices. The input modules receive signals from switches or sensors and send them to the processor, and the output modules take back the processor signals to the control devices like relays or motor starters.
The I/O interface provides a way of transferring information between the internal memory and the external I/O device. Peripheral devices connected to the computer require special communication links to communicate them with the central processing unit. The purpose of the communication link is to resolve the differences that exist between the significant computer and each peripheral device. Dubai-sensor provides Modbus Protocol and Remote I/O.
