Description

Application

The Prosonic FMU40 sensor is designed for non-contact level measurement in a variety of media, including fluids, pastes, coarse bulk materials, as well as for flow measurement in open channels or at weirs. This compact transmitter, available in two-wire or four-wire configurations, is versatile for use in storage tanks, with agitators, and on stockpiles or conveyor belts. Its on-site display allows users to view the envelope curve for easy diagnostics. Additionally, the sensor features a linearization function (up to 32 points), enabling the conversion of measured values into any desired unit, such as length, volume, or flow rate.
