The DAT4135SEL 4-20mA multiplexer acts as an Isolated DIN Rail mount signal converter that possesses an enable and disable output. When a voltage is given on the terminal SEL the output is driven high impedance. This results in the addition of more DAT4135SEL's to multiplex the input into a PLC or Distributed Control System. Not only is the DAT4135SEL a Multiplexer it has its applications as signal converter that can convert thermocouples, RTD, mA, V, mV, resistance and potentiometer into a 4-20mA or voltage output signal.
