Description

Application

The Deltabar PMD55 differential pressure transmitter, equipped with a piezoresistive sensor and a welded metallic membrane, is ideal for continuous pressure difference measurement in liquids, vapors, and gases within various process and environmental applications. Its Quick Setup feature with an adjustable measuring range ensures easy commissioning, reducing time and cost. It complies with SIL2 standards as per IEC 61508 / IEC 61511.

It is suitable for level, volume, or mass measurement in liquids, differential pressure monitoring (e.g., for filters and pumps), and flow measurement (both volume and mass flow) when used with primary elements in gases, vapors, and liquids.

  • Measuring ranges: 0.5 mbar to 40 bar (0.0072 to 600 psi)
  • Accuracy: ±0.1%, with an optional "Platinum" accuracy of ±0.075%
