Digital Controllers for Measuring and Controlling Pressure in Glass Glue Machine Colloid

A glass glue machine is a machine for producing insulating glass. The high-air-tight and high-strength composite adhesive are used to bond and seal two or more pieces of glass with glass strips and sealing strips. The center is packed with dry gas, and the body is packed with a desiccant to make certain the dryness of the air between the glass sheets.

The glue machine uses two forms of colloids, which can be divided into A and B glues. When the two colloids are fused, they make a strong bond that binds two or more portions of glass together. A digital controller is designed and manufactured that not only measures pressure but also displays and controls it and transmits the resulting data. (1) The measuring factor of the gauge is a strain gauge sensor, and the sensing surface is a flat membrane structure that can inhibit clogging and has proper impact resistance and solves the problem of viscous colloid measurement.

(2) On-site display, convenient to view the pressure value in real-time, and output 4~20mADC analog signal simultaneously, which is convenient for the control system to collect and display.

(3) The upper and lower limits of the product are set within the range needed by the colloid. When the over-range takes place, the relay operates and the switch signals output to control the pressure regulation of the rubber pump to ensure the stability of the gel pressure range.
