A low cost multimeter from the Tecpel line is the DMM-123. It can measure DC voltage, AC voltage, DC current, resistance, and capacitance in a variety of ranges. A 0.5A and 10A fuse are included in the overload protection function along with 500V for R, diode, and continuity. Additionally, it has a function for diode and transistor testing (hFE). Its dimensions are 5.8"x2.8"x1.5" (147x70x39mm), and its power source is one 9V battery. It also comes with test leads, a holster, and a battery.
