The ST631 provides two separate temperature measurement ranges for each forehead and normal temperature:

• Forehead: ±0.3℃ (±0.5℉)

Resolution

Resolution of a thermometer is the smallest change in temperature which it can detect. For the ST631, resolution is 0.1℃ (0.1℉).

There is also a difference between response time of this thermometer in household and forehead modes:
