Application

The Micropilot FMR62B belongs to the next generation of 80 GHz radar sensors, designed for continuous, non-contact level measurement in demanding liquid applications. It excels in meeting stringent process requirements such as extreme temperatures, high process pressures, and varying media conditions. The sensor features advanced testing protocols for SIL (Safety Integrity Level) compliance, minimizing the risk of systematic errors. Equipped with Heartbeat Technology, it offers continuous verification and monitoring capabilities to detect anomalies, thereby enhancing safety and productivity.

The Micropilot FMR62B is ideal for free-space applications up to 80 meters, with excellent beam focusing capabilities, making it suitable for vessels with complex internal structures.
