Description
Application
The Deltapilot FMB53, designed with a cable and mounting clamp, is ideal for use in environmental industries. It features the Contite measuring cell, making it suitable for level measurement in both liquid and paste-like media within open or closed containers, and it remains unaffected by foam formation. This device is also applicable in SIL2 safety systems.
It is tailored for accurate level measurement.
Process Connection: Suspension clamp
Temperature Range: With PE cable: -10 to +70°C (+14 to +158°F),
With FEP cable: -10 to +80°C (+14 to +176°F)
Measuring Range: 0.1 to 10 bar / 100 m H2O (1.5 to 150 psi / 300 ft H2O)
Accuracy: ±0.2%, optional ±0.1%
Certifications: International explosion protection certificates, overfill prevention WHG, SIL, drinking water approval
Benefits
The device features a hermetically sealed Contite measuring cell that offers excellent condensate resistance and high reference accuracy of ±0.2%, with an optional ±0.1% for even greater precision, and minimal temperature effects.
Its modular design allows for easy replacement of the display or electronics.
The system supports seamless and independent integration (HART/PA/FF), and provides a user-friendly, safe, and menu-guided operation via the on-site display module, 4 to 20 mA with HART, PROFIBUS PA, or FOUNDATION Fieldbus.
With a wide range of international approvals, the device is suitable for global use.
