Application
The Dosimass is specifically designed for filling and bottling processes in the Food & Beverage and Life Sciences industries. Its compact design makes it the ideal choice for applications with space constraints, making it popular among system integrators, skid builders, and equipment manufacturers. The Dosimass directly measures both volume and mass flow, with built-in temperature and density compensation, ensuring maximum repeatability regardless of the fluid’s physical properties, such as viscosity or density. This allows it to accurately measure a wide variety of liquids. The lightweight sensor is available with three electronics configurations:
- Pulse/frequency/status version: Provides a simple and cost-effective solution for filling applications.
- Intelligent pulse version with IO-Link: Enables continuous digital communication, facilitating easy commissioning, real-time process data access, filling condition optimization, and predictive maintenance.
- Integrated batching version with Dynamic Drip Correction via Modbus RTU: Offers advanced control for precise filling management.
