Application
The Liquiphant FTL63 is specifically designed to meet the rigorous hygienic standards of the food and beverage, as well as life sciences industries. Utilizing advanced vibronic technology, it delivers reliable performance in all pumpable liquids, even in challenging conditions where other measurement methods fail due to varying conductivity, dielectric constant (DC value), deposits, foam, turbulence, or air bubbles. This makes it an ideal replacement for float switches, capacitive, or optical sensors.
The Liquiphant FTL63 is well-suited for point level detection in process and storage tanks, as well as pipelines.
- Operates in process temperatures ranging from -50 to +150 °C (-58 to +302 °F)
- Handles viscosities up to 10,000 mm²/s (cSt)
- Sensor lengths available up to 3 m (10 ft)
- Surface finishes include both mechanical and electropolished options
- Certified for international hygienic standards (3-A, EHEDG, ASME BPE), with material conformity adhering to EC1935/2004, FDA, and GB4806 regulations
