Description

Application

The Micropilot FMR62 is the first 80GHz radar developed in compliance with the international functional safety standard IEC 61508. Designed for use in aggressive liquid environments, it features a completely PTFE-filled and flush-mounted antenna, offering significant advantages. The integrated PEEK antenna allows for very small process connections, while the FMR62 free space radar ensures maximum reliability with advanced algorithms and a narrow beam angle. It also includes Heartbeat Technology for smart sensor functionality.

The Micropilot FMR62 is ideal for free space measurements up to 80 meters and provides excellent beam focusing for vessels with numerous internal structures.
