Description
Application
The Prosonic FDU91F ultrasonic sensor is designed for continuous, non-contact, and maintenance-free level measurement of liquids, pastes, sludges, and bulk materials ranging from fine powders to coarse substances. It is also ideal for flow measurement in open channels and weirs. The sensor's performance is unaffected by factors such as dielectric constant, density, or humidity, and its self-cleaning effect minimizes buildup. The fully welded 316L sensor is available with hygienic process connections. The maximum measuring range is 10m (33ft) for liquids and 5m (16ft) for solids.
The sensor provides reliable level measurement of fluids and bulk materials in various applications, including silos, conveyor belts, stockpiles, and crushers. Additionally, it supports flow measurement in open channels and weirs, even in environments with low structural heights.
