The E40H series hollow shaft type incremental rotary encoders feature Ø40 mm size housings and can be easily installed in tight or limited spaces. The low moment of inertia of the shaft minimizes the effect on the rotation of applied equipment. The encoders are available in various control output options.

E40H12-1024-6-L-5 from Autonics is an incremental rotary encoder with 40mm hollow shaft, shaft inner diameter Ø12mm, resolution 1024, output phase A, B, Z and line driver control output with response freq. of 300KHz.
