Installation Guidelines

To ensure optimal performance and longevity, the DAT3580-USB should be installed on a DIN rail in a vertical position. If multiple devices are mounted side by side and the panel temperature exceeds 45°C, a minimum separation of 5 mm is recommended to prevent overheating. Adequate airflow must be maintained, avoiding obstructions near ventilation slits. It's also advisable to mount the device away from heat-generating appliances, ideally in the lower section of the panel, and to minimize exposure to vibration. Signal cables should be routed away from power signal cables and shielded cables should be used for connecting signals to avoid interference.

• Fast Blink: Indicates data transmission from the USB port, with blink frequency correlating to the baud rate.

• Fast Blink: Data is being received on the RS485/422 port, with blink frequency depending on the baud rate.
