Description

Application

The Liquiphant FTL51B is designed specifically for the process industry and is optimized for direct use in SIL2 and SIL3 applications. You can easily perform periodic proof tests using SIL or WHG standards via a mobile device, guided by an intuitive wizard. Upon completion, the system generates automated documentation. The Liquiphant delivers reliable measurements, unaffected by changing media characteristics, flow rates, turbulence, gas bubbles, foam, vibration, or build-up. The device is user-friendly, features digital connectivity, and provides real-time data for immediate access.

This point-level switch is equipped with an extension tube suitable for all liquid applications.

  • Process connections: Available in threaded, flanged, and hygienic options (Tri-Clamp).
  • Temperature range: -50 to +150°C (-58 to +302°F).
  • Pressure range: -1 to +100 bar (-14.5 to +1450 psi).
  • Sensor material: 316L stainless steel, Alloy.
  • Certified for international explosion protection, WHG overfill protection, SIL compliance, and marine approvals.
