Description

Product Overview

The TM Series modular PID temperature controllers are designed to manage multiple channels simultaneously, with the TM4 model handling up to 4 channels and the TM2 model managing up to 2 channels. The system is highly scalable, enabling expansion to control up to 124 channels (TM4) or 62 channels (TM2) via easy-to-use expansion connectors—no additional power or communication wiring required. With fast sampling cycles (TM4: 100 ms, TM2: 50 ms), RS485 communication support, and dual heating and cooling control, these controllers offer versatile, high-performance temperature management. Configuration and monitoring are simplified with the included DAQMaster software, allowing seamless integration and management through a PC.

Multi-Channel Input and Output Control (2-Channels/4-Channels)

The TM Series controllers can independently manage 2 or 4 channels, effectively performing the functions of multiple temperature controllers within a single unit.

Modular Expansion Up to 31 Units

Expand your system effortlessly with side expansion connectors, enabling up to 31 units to be connected, supporting up to 124 channels (TM4) or 62 channels (TM2) without needing extra power or communication wiring.

50ms High-Speed Sampling Rate

For applications demanding quick response times, the TM2 offers a high-speed sampling rate of 50ms, ensuring precise control. The TM4 provides a 100ms sampling rate suitable for slightly less time-critical applications.

Simultaneous Heating & Cooling Control

Optimize your temperature management by simultaneously controlling both heating and cooling elements, enhancing efficiency and performance.

Switch Between Current Output and SSR Drive Output

Adapt the output to your application needs by switching between current output and SSR drive output through simple parameter configuration using DAQMaster software.

Connector Wiring

Experience easy wiring and maintenance with a range of connectors for sensor inputs, control outputs, and power/communication connections. Note that power/communication connectors are specific to base units (TMâ–¡-â–¡â–¡â–¡B models).
