This is made especially hard by the components of the manufacturing machine, some of which are very small.

The sensors used must meet the following requirements:

1. Be very small and thin
2. Be able to detect materials with different densities
3. Resistant to severe vibration
Special compact capacitive sensors are designed and manufactured to meet these requirements. They have an optimal rated operating distance.

The proximity switches' adaptability is also impressive: clients can perform a sensor fine calibration with a potentiometer based on the solder or adhesive used.

Sometimes the situation requires that the sensor control be installed in a very small space. In this case, capacitive sensors in the ultracompact 32 mm long design can be used. These sensors detect the surface as contactless.

The bright LED indicator of the midget sensor utilizes various colors to show the status of the operating voltage or switching state. Furthermore, the sensor enables clients to check the level directly at the machine and refill with liquid, solder, or adhesive if needed.
