Description

Description

The SRS series oil cooling submersible screw centrifugal pumps by Stream Pumps surpass traditional centrifugal pumps, venturing into the realm of positive displacement pump applications. These pumps are uniquely designed for handling solids in suspension, viscous liquids, and applications with larger negative suction heads. The inlet edge shape creates an "inducer effect", allowing for higher transportation media temperatures or larger negative suction heads. Additionally, the pronounced screw shape enhances the displacement effect, enabling the handling of high-viscosity liquids that conventional centrifugal pumps struggle with.

Operating Data (50Hz)

  • Fluid Type: Raw sewage and industrial wastewater (with grid filtration), long fiber materials, activated sludge (without damaging biological bacteria), and sludge with solid content up to 18%.
  • Working Temperature Range: -10℃ ~ 80℃.
    • If the working temperature exceeds 80℃, prior clarification is required.
  • Operating Pressure:
    • PN1.0 MPa - Hydrostatic test pressure = PN1.6 MPa

Application

Sewage Field
