The Soliphant FTM52 is a durable point level switch designed for use in silos that store fine-grained or powdery solids, including those with low bulk density. It is highly versatile and can be deployed in a variety of applications, boasting international certifications for operation in dust or gas hazardous environments. The device is available with a polished fork and stainless steel housing, or with an aluminum housing and coated fork. This maintenance-free solution is ideal for monitoring materials such as cereals, flour, cocoa, sugar, animal feed, dye powder, and chalk.

Key specifications include process connections with threads, flanges, and hygienic options like Tri-Clamp. It operates within a temperature range of -40 to +80°C (-40 to +170°F) and pressure limits of -1 to +2 bar (-14.5 to +30 psi), with sensor lengths ranging from 750 mm to 20,000 mm. The sensor material is 316L stainless steel, available in various finishes, including 3.2µm, 0.8µm, and PTFE coating. The device also carries international certifications for explosion protection.
