Precise Checking of the Pressure of Tempering Machines
During the production process, a tempering machine is used to supply and maintain the desired temperature. These devices generally have both cooling and heating functions. Here is how these devices work: A certain temperature is provided in the environment and added to the process via a system of pipes. The medium then transmits heat or cold as energy. It then returns to the tempering machine in a closed circuit to replenish the lost energy. Temperature sensors are used to detect the temperature.
The challenge here is to monitor the pressure on the tempering machine tank. Engineers have designed a piezoresistive pressure transmitter for tempering machines whose tempering mediums is oil and water. A constant pressure of 16 bar is set for this purpose.
