Pressure Transducers for Paint Pistols
Paint pistols (or paint spray pistols) are devices for applying paint and dispersion colors that are used in the painting industry and vehicle painting.
How do Paint pistols work?
The paint is atomized into small droplets with the help of compressed air from a pump or compressor and sprayed on objects. As a result, the droplets deposit on the objects and form an interconnected surface layer.
It is the pressure difference from the compressor that causes the droplets to atomize. The exhaust air creates a negative pressure that causes the paint to escape from the paint container.
Special pressure transducers are designed to regulate the spray pressure of paint pistols.
