Hogller HOTJ0600FGCK is a high quality all stainless steel pressure transmitter. This transmitter assures specifications such as additional EMI / RFI protection, low static and thermal errors and high resistance to shock and vibration. The HOTJ0600FGCK piezo resistive sensing element coupled with the latest ASIC circuitry, assures excellent accuracy, choice of high-level outputs and long stability, protected within a rugged, stainless-steel housing. This pressure sensor’s high strength stainless steel construction contains no silicone oil and no internal O-rings.

Body
The HOTJ0600FGCK is made of stainless steel 304 which provides proper resistance and compatibility with a large variety of media.
Part number, pressure measurement range, output, power supply, CE certification, and exclusive serial number of each sensor are carved on the body of the product.
Electrical connection
The electrical connection of this pressure sensor is DIN EN 175301-803 C (DIN 43650 C), which provides ingress protection of IP65.
Process connection
At the lower part of the sensor, there is a threaded pressure port for connection to the process. The HOTJ0600FGCK have G1/4” mechanical connection with DIN 3852-E.
To ensure high chemical and thermal resistance and better sealing of the connecting part to the process, one FKM sealing washer (O-ring) is used in a G 1/4" mechanical connection. It has been designed in line with DIN 3869.
Reference pressure
In this pressure transmitter, gauge (Relative) pressure has been considered as reference pressure. So, the process pressure would be compared to the atmospheric pressure behind the stainless steel 304 internal diaphragm. Pressure range of this sensor is 0…600 bar.
Sensing element
The latest ASIC technology, which includes excellent accuracy and long-term stability, is used in the HOTJ0600FGCK Piezoresistive sensing element.
