Radar Level Sensor for Custody Transfer Micropilot FMR540
- SKU:
- Micropilot FMR540 series
- Weight:
- 0.00 Grams
Description
Application
The Micropilot FMR540 is ideal for custody transfer and inventory control, featuring NMi and PTB approvals, and complying with OIML R85 and API 3.1B standards. Equipped with a parabolic antenna, it is suitable for free space applications up to 40 meters. In cases where a parabolic antenna is not feasible due to tank or nozzle geometry, a 4"/DN100 horn antenna can be used for free space applications. The device supports cost-effective and straightforward installation using a 4-wire cable with HART communication and a 24 V DC intrinsically safe power supply.
The parabolic antenna provides high beam focusing for applications where the nozzle is located close to the tank wall, while the horn antenna is a practical alternative for free space applications.
