Application
The Levelflex FMP51 radar level sensor is designed for accurate level measurement in extreme process conditions, such as high temperatures and pressures, in the process industry. It ensures maximum reliability even in challenging situations, such as when surfaces are moving, foam is present, or numerous tank baffles cause interference. The FMP51 is suitable for continuous level measurement of liquids, pastes, and slurries, as well as for interface measurement. The performance remains unaffected by changes in media, temperature fluctuations, gas blankets, or vapors.
Available in versions with rod, rope, or coax probes.

Temperature range: -50 to +200°C (-58 to +392°F)
Pressure range: -1 to +40 bar (-14.5 to +580 psi)
Maximum measuring range: Rod: 10 m (33 ft), Rope: 45 m (148 ft), Coax: 6 m (20 ft)
Accuracy: ±2 mm (0.08 in)
The Levelflex FMP51 also holds international explosion protection certificates, overfill prevention compliance (WHG), SIL certification, marine approvals, and a 5-point linearity protocol.
