Refueling and Distribution Application Coriolis Flowmeter LPGmass
- SKU:
- LPGmass Series
- MPN:
- LPGmass
- Weight:
- 0.00 Grams
Description
Application
The LPGmass is specifically designed for accurate flow measurement of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in dispensing and truck unloading processes. It integrates temperature measurement with smart conversion functions, enabling volume correction directly at the site. LPGmass is the ideal choice for system integrators, skid builders, and equipment manufacturers. The measuring principle is unaffected by fluid properties like viscosity or density, ensuring precise measurement of LPG in refueling and distribution applications. Device Properties:
- Flow rates up to 45,000 kg/h (1654 lb/min)
- Volume flow calculation based on API table 53
- Global metrological certifications
- Sturdy, ultra-compact transmitter housing
- Features pulse output and Modbus RS485
- Transmitter suitable for custody transfer applications
Benefits
- Enhanced operational safety: Reliable performance even in harsh environmental conditions.
- Fewer process measuring points: Multi-variable measurement (flow, density, temperature) reduces the need for additional sensors.
- Space-efficient installation: No inlet or outlet run is required.
- User-friendly operation: Simplified to meet specific application needs.
- Quick commissioning: Devices are pre-configured for fast setup.
- Automatic data recovery: Ensures smooth servicing and maintenance.
