Special Inductive Sensors for Figuring out the Baking Trays under High Temperatures

In industrial bakeries, pieces of dough are transported to special ovens on steel trays and baked in ovens. To ensure that the trays are in the transport path, we need to install a sensor. 

Some of the Requirements of these sensors:

 • Be able to withstand the high temperature of the bakery environment.

 • Be resistant to annoying factors such as physical effects.

 • Have a high degree of protection so that the hot steam of the oven does not adversely affect them.

Inductive sensors for extreme temperature ranges are specially designed to meet these requirements. These sensors detect metal objects at high temperatures without direct contact and are highly durable thanks to having high switching distances and their vigorous construction.
