Product Overview

The THD series temperature/humidity transducers are designed with advanced temperature and humidity sensors to deliver precise environmental monitoring. These transducers offer versatile output options, including DC 4-20 mA, 1-5 VDC, and RS485 communication, making them adaptable to various applications. The temperature sensors cover a range from -19.9 to 60.0°C, while the humidity sensors measure from 0.0 to 99.9% RH. Available in different configurations—room type, duct mount type, and wall mount types—the THD series is engineered to meet diverse installation needs.


Head Type Selection

Select the Temperature Sensor Type

Choose from a variety of temperature sensors, including Thermocouples, Sheath Thermocouples, RTD, and Sheath RTD. Each type is designed to meet specific operational requirements and environmental conditions. Codes: SH1, SH2, SH3, SH4

Select the Head Type

The THD series offers several head types to match your application:

  • Standard Types:
    • Aluminum, Cast Iron, Stainless Steel options
    • PF3/8, PF1/2, PF3/4, PF1/2×2 connections
    • Codes: C8, D1, D2, E1, E2, F1, F2, G1
  • Explosion-Proof Types:
    • Aluminum and Stainless Steel options
    • PF1/2, PF3/4, PF1/2×2 connections
    • Codes: H1, H2, I1, I2, J1, J2, J3, K1, M1

Select the Tube (Sheath) Type

Depending on the environmental conditions and installation requirements, select the appropriate tube (sheath) type from the following options:

  • Standard, Slide, Metal Support, Flanged, Ceramic, Special configurations
  • Codes: A0, E0, EC, F0, B0, C0, G0, H0, HC, HS, K0, KS, L0, M0, N0, P0, PC, Q0, QC, SC, I0, R0

Select the Element Type

Choose the sensor element that best suits your operational needs:

  • Thermocouples: K, E, J, T, N, B, R, S
  • RTD: DPt100, JPt100
  • Sheath Thermocouples: K, E, J, T, N
  • Sheath RTD: DPt100, JPt100

Select the Elements and Tube (Sheath) Thickness

The THD series offers a range of tube (sheath) thicknesses for different sensor elements:

  • Thermocouples Thickness: From 1.0 mm to 40 mm
  • RTD Thickness: From 2.3 mm to 27 mm

Select the Material of Tube (Sheath)

Choose from a variety of materials depending on the application environment:

  • Metal Options: 304SS, 316SS, 316LSS, 310SS, INCONEL600, 50Co-30Cr, 446SS
  • Non-metal Options: PT1, PT0, GK-SIC, RED-SIC, KP (Al2O3 99.99%)

Select the Length of Tube (Sheath)

Customize the length of the tube (sheath) according to your installation requirements:

  • Lower Tube (Sheath): Custom length
  • Upper Tube (Sheath): Options include 080mm to 300mm for metal and non-metal.

Select the Upper Thickness of Tube (Sheath)

Choose the appropriate upper thickness of the tube (sheath):

  • Options: Ø21.7 mm, Ø27.2 mm, Ø15 mm

Select the Connection Specification

Determine the necessary connection specification for your application:

  • Screw Options: PT 1/8 to PT 2, NPT 1/8 to NPT 2
  • Flange Options: Include flange standard, size, type, and material.

Lead Type Selection

Select the Lead Type

Select the lead type to suit your specific application needs:

  • Options: Tip Rod, Tip Needle, Bayonet, Quick Connector, Standard, Metal Connector
  • Codes: A0, B0, C0, C1, D0, D1, G0, H0, I0, J0, L0, M0, R0, R1, S0, S1

Select Cover Material and Protection Type

Choose the appropriate cover material and protection type for the lead:

  • Options: Vinyl, SUS Braiding, Fiberglass, Silicon with various protection types
  • Codes: 10, 1F, 20, 2F, 30, 3F, 40, 4F, 50, 5F

Select the Element Type

As with the head type, choose the appropriate sensor element:

  • Thermocouples: K, E, J, T, N, B, R, S
  • RTD: DPt100, JPt100
  • Sheath Thermocouples: K, E, J, T, N
  • Sheath RTD: DPt100, JPt100

Select Elements and Tube (Sheath) Thickness

Select the thickness for your elements and tube (sheath) from the available options:

  • Thermocouples Thickness: 1.0 mm to 13.8 mm
  • RTD Thickness: 2.3 mm to 27 mm

Select the Material of Tube (Sheath)

Material selection remains consistent with head type configurations:

  • Options: 304SS, 316SS, 316L, INCONEL 600 for thermocouples and sheath thermocouples.

Select the Length of Tube (Sheath)

Define the required length for your application:

  • Lower Tube (Sheath): Write the 4-digit code.
  • Lead: Write the 3-digit code.

Select the Connection Specification

Finalize the connection specifications to match your installation:

  • Screw Specification: PT 1/8 to PT 2, NPT 1/8 to NPT 2
