Description
Application
The Prosonic FMU90, available in a separate field housing or DIN rail housing for control cabinet installations, is ideal for continuous, non-contact level measurement of liquids, pastes, slurries, and from fine powders to coarse bulk solids. It also supports flow measurement in open channels and weirs, and can simultaneously measure level and flow in stormwater overflow basins using a single sensor. The system features up to 6 relays for applications such as trend alarms, flow pulse output, and backwater/sludge alarms, and is available in one or two-channel configurations.
It can measure levels up to 45 meters (148 feet) and detect level limits for both liquids and bulk materials using one or two sensors. The device supports various functions including pump control, rake control, and an optional additional pump control feature.
Calculations include average, difference, and sum values.
