Application

The Prosonic Flow W 400 is an ideal ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeter for safe, cost-efficient, and maintenance-free measurement of both conductive and non-conductive liquids. It provides noninvasive, bidirectional flow measurement regardless of pressure, density, and conductivity, without any interruption to the process. FlowDC technology ensures exceptional installation flexibility, maintaining the specified accuracy with an inlet run as short as 2 x DN, even when flow profiles are disturbed. The special coupling pads make the ultrasonic clamp-on system entirely maintenance-free throughout its lifespan. Heartbeat Technology continuously provides process transparency through diagnostic, verification, and monitoring features, allowing detection of build-up before it impacts operation.
