Description

Application

The Liquiphant FTL51C is a robust point level switch with an extension tube and a highly corrosion-resistant coating, designed for hazardous areas and certified to meet international standards. It is suitable for use across various industries. The FTL51C supports functional safety levels SIL2/SIL3, providing enhanced safety and reliability through its second line of defense. The device ensures accurate measurements unaffected by changing media properties, flow, turbulence, gas bubbles, foam, vibrations, or buildup.

It is an ideal point level switch for all types of liquids, featuring a corrosion-resistant coating for added durability.

  • Process connections: Available with flanges and hygienic process connections (FDA compliant with PFA).
  • Operating temperature range: -50 to +150°C (-58 to +302°F).
  • Pressure range: -1 to +40 bar (-14.5 to +580 psi).
  • Sensor materials: ECTFE, PFA (Edlon, Rubyred, conductive), Enamel.
  • Comes with international explosion protection certificates, overfill protection (WHG), SIL, hygienic certificates, and marine approvals.
