Application

The Vibronic Point Level Switch Liquiphant FTL80 is designed for use in hazardous areas and complies with international safety certifications. It provides FailSafe overfill protection in applications requiring functional safety up to SIL3 using a single device. Its performance is reliable, even in the presence of varying media properties, flow conditions, turbulence, gas bubbles, foam, vibrations, or buildup.

This point level switch is ideal for liquid applications requiring up to SIL3 certification.

  • Process connections: Available with threaded and flanged options.
  • Temperature range: -60 to +280°C (-76 to +540°F)
  • Pressure range: -1 to +100 bar (-14.5 to +1,450 psi)
  • Sensor material: 316L stainless steel, Alloy C
  • Certifications: International explosion protection certificates, overfill protection (WHG), SIL, and marine approvals.
